Audio and downloads

Tones and sweeps are synthesized in your browser. Downloadable WAV files are also rendered there. The application does not send the generated audio to an audio processing service.

Settings and shared links

A settings link includes frequency, waveform, and output channel in its URL. Anyone receiving that link can see those settings. Opening it sends a normal page request to the hosting provider, so its URL parameters may appear in delivery or security logs. The link does not contain a recording, restore a high output level, or start audio automatically.

Cookies and analytics

This version does not add advertising, analytics scripts, or application tracking cookies. Fonts are served as site assets. If the site adds analytics or other data collection, this notice must be updated to describe it.

Hosting and browser services

The hosting provider may process normal request information such as an IP address, requested URL, and browser headers to deliver and secure the site. Clicking Copy settings uses your browser’s clipboard feature; clicking Download WAV saves a file through your browser. Those actions occur only when you request them.
